• All items are limited quantity and may sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed.

Sizing & Fit Responsibility
• Many La Malilla items are one size or have limited stretch. Fit may vary by body type. Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and fit notes before purchasing.
Pricing & Errors
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and cancel orders affected by these errors.
Order Refusal & Cancellation

Chargebacks & Disputes
• By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving merchandise may be reported to the payment provider.
Shipping Liability
• Once an order has been handed to the carrier, La Malilla is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we offer store credit or exchanges only — no refunds.
Return Window
• Items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be shipped back within 5 days after approval.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
• Not show signs of wear or damage
• Be returned in original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer.

Sizing
• This current drop pieces are one size or limited sizing. Fit notes are provided in each product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing details before purchasing. Returns will not be accepted due to general fit preference.
Exchanges & Store Credit
• Approved returns will receive store credit.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
